  • Office floors to be clean of dust and rubbish
  • Bins emptied regularly
  • Bench tops, computer screens, printers, shelves to be dust free
  • Walls to be cleaned of scuff marks
  • Waiting room chairs, tables, magazines to be in order
  • All office lights to be working
  • Office to have a general neat and tidy appearance

EXTERNAL CLEANLINESS

  • Front lawns to be mowed neat and tidy
  • Gardens to be weeded and well presented
  • Windows to be cleaned regularly
  • Driveway clean of leaves, weeds and rubbish
  • External Shop walls and canopy above doors to be washed (with gurney) to clear out dust and cobwebs
  • Wire fences not to be damaged
  • Lights boxes clean with lights working
